This one is a very plain and simple: it’s just a roast with carrots and potatoes, and my family loves. This feel super easier for me and it makes a lot of food. It’s been a full workday I’d say it’s been like 10 hours anyways, it’s been like 10 hours and still looking really good. So it’s been about 10 hours, potatoes are done, carrots are done and you can literally like pick apart your meat.
You don’t even need a knife, that’s how tender it should be and you’re good to go. You can eat it with just like butter, bread. You can eat it on a sandwich. You can eat it, as is super good, alright guys, so the second meal I’m going to show you is breakfast casserole, super easy and quick. I’r actually going to do this right now. Let it cook all night so that it’s ready in the morning and I’m going to divide this up into like portion containers so that I can use for breakfast throughout the week.
For me or my husband or if my kids on the weekend good morning, it is the day after and my instant pot has been on the whole night. I don’t really know if that’s dangerous, I mean, I know it totally happens, and this is s, but I just put it on slow cook all night and it looks really good. It actually has an hour and 20 minutes left, but I wanted to turn it off before I went to work. It is 6 a.M. And I’m going to do another crock pot meal.
This is like meatballs and it was supposed to be meatballs and ravioli, but I didn’t like the ravioli the Aldi had so I bought me tortellini. So all you need for this recipe, two cans of tomato pasta, sauce or Lanie. This one’s cheese good morning today is day, I’m going to be showing you today how to make chicken salsa super easy. All you need is chicken and your favorite jar for this meal. I really like to cook up a bunch of instant pot rice.
I use tortillas and we do chicken salsa tortillas and I do usually do a thing of corn and black beans because the kids like it, it’s very simple, add some cheese, sour cream. That’s my plate! You! So it’s really actually way that your brothers, but I like to add sour cream cheese, guacamole chips, salsa and everybody’s happy good morning again, I am making the meal for today and today it is free to pie, which I also used the same recipe today for just Chili, so if you don’t want to do free to pie, you can just do chili.
You could make rice to go with it. You could just have the chili by itself and have it with cornbread, but I’m going to do it Frito pie, because it’s not winter anymore, but it’s really simple. There’s only like five ingredients in the chili and then you can just add Fritos and cheese and jalapenos. Whatever toppings you would like, so I have a whole two-pound block of ground beef, I’m going to ground it all and use half of it for this and use the other cooked half for a recipe tomorrow.
So that’s what I’m going to do! First, all right! It’s Saturday and still doing a slow-cooker meal. This one is homemade Hamburger, Helper much healthier than the box. You can buy them. Oh alright, guys. So it’s been probably like six hours and the meal is done, but I’m going to add a little bit of flour into it to thicken it because it’s kind of runny and then I’m going to add in a pound of my noodles, about a pound.
And this is going to cook in there for like twenty to thirty minutes. Until this is done, and then it’s ready to serve, you can add your cheese and whatever other toppings you’d like okay. It is the last meal that I’m showing you and today we’re going to do slow cooker, lo mein and I’m going to do it with chicken thighs. You can do this with pork, even beef, but it’s like a Chinese dish and I’m going to do it in the instant pot slow cooker, nothing because my regular slow cookers dirty.
So you can buy the regular fresh produce for this chop it for this meal. But you can do something a lot simpler. I found chicken that was from the other meals that I had leftover a packet of oriental stir fries. So this is what I’m going to use. I’r going to use the sauce in here with the chicken all day and you need like lo mein noodles, so the easy one and it tastes really good. You do you like it.
