Good morning everyone! Today I want to share with you an easy and delicious recipe for chicken wings soup with vegetables.
First, we will have to prepare all the ingredients.
We need:
– 500g chicken wings
– 1 onion
– 1 garlic
– 1 carrot
– 1 potato
– salt, pepper, olive oil, parsley
Let’s begin with cleaning the chicken wings and cutting them in half. Then, add them to a pot with water and boil them until they are cooked. Next, remove the meat from the bones and cut it into small pieces. Put everything aside because we will use it later. In the same pot, add 2l of water and after that add into it the chopped onion and garlic. Boil everything for about 5 minutes then add the rest of the vegetables (carrot and potatoes) cut into cubes or slices. After that add the meat from chicken wings, salt, and pepper for taste and let it boil for about 20 minutes. At last, add some fresh parsley at the end of cooking. That was all! The soup is ready to eat! Enjoy your meal!

2 big carrots
2 big onions
1 big onion head
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Mrs. Dash to taste
Directions:
Boil the chicken wings in medium heat until they are approximately halfway cooked. Add salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash to taste. Meanwhile, chop all the vegetables into small pieces and add them to the pot. Boil for 10-15 minutes more. Serve hot with some bread on the side.
