I saw a recipe for this on Pinterest and I looked at it. It was filled with a lot of cream cheese um and it was going to end up to be pretty high in smart poisoning calories. So I am adapting that recipe to be lower and smart points lower in calories in mind. It came out to six smart points per serving as long as it makes four servings like.
I think it will. I think it’ll make four big servings actually and then only 340 calories, so super low, easy to add a breadstick or a side, salad or an extra side of whatever you would things. This is going to be a really good one, so stay tuned and I’ll show. You what you need so for this recipe, you’re going to need some chicken breasts, I’m just going to do two. These are pretty big, should be about pull over a pound.
You can see. This is 2.7 total there’s only four of them. I’r going to use two and Ryan will make four big servings. Hopefully so I’m ranch seasoning, you can use a whole like a packet. If you don’t have the big like jar or whatever. Just one packet is fine, some weak sauce. I feel I have two of these. This was almost out, but you just need about. Like 1/4 of a cup to a half, a cup depend on how spicy and how Buffalo you want it, some penne pasta or really, whatever type of pasta.
Honestly, whatever type of noodle you like is fine. This is just what I have on hand. I’ve got about two cups, so that’s what we’re going to use some laughing cow. I got the light twist wand and you could really use whichever kind that you think sounds good. This was just always store had, which was weird. They do salt and pepper and, of course, your heart, but okay y’all. So I just put two chicken breasts down in the crock pot.
Add a little salt and pepper some ranch powder. You can do the whole packet I did about. Like I don’t know three tablespoons. Two or three tablespoons and go ahead and dump in your buffalo sauce. I kind of eyeball it. But if you want to measure, I would say like a third of a cup to half of a cup and then just put it on low for three to four hours. Okay, also, I just got the work it’s five o’clock.
This is what it looks. Delish just going to use a fork: oh yeah, the chicken is just falling apart. It’s exactly what we want, so I am going to sorry it’s really a week. I shred the chicken up, but first I would throw on the pasta and we’re not cooking the pasta. In a crock pot, we are going to cook it on the stove. All you have to do whatever you know. It’s throw pasta in and just kind of loosely shredding a losing one fork.

The chicken is a VAT tender which is amazing. It’s just awesome. There is some liquid down to the beer, but now that I’ve shredded the chicken a lot of it has been kind of soaked up by the chicken. So that’s good! I think that that’s going to be just fine, I don’t think it’s going to be too liquidy. Cuz we’re going to add the laughing cow cheese as well, or that should pick it up a little bit at this point.
You could decide what we taste it if you want sabor, seasoning or savour Frank’s, buffalo just couldn’t see it. What works for you, but I would have just read this: I’m going to go ahead and put the laughing cow. Actually I think I’ll just put it in, but I add these the noodles. So I’m just going to set this to warm or my noodles cook and, as you can see pretty much all of that liquid is down over the chicken.
So we’ll take us to do deluxe, we’ll throw in here and add the cheese, maybe a little more buffalo. Sauce, okay, so my pasta is done and all drained as you can see, we are going to add it in with the chicken those two cups dry. Then I’m going to add in six of the laughing cow cheese, wedges, okay, I’ll sorry about the lighting. It is dark um, so you can see. I took about 1/4 of the pan out and I will save the chicken really kind of holds on to all of the creaminess.
The noodles. I realize don’t look super creamy, but with the mixture I’ve tasted it and it tastes really like cheesy and delicious. So don’t worry about that at all. I added some parsley to mine just so I could take a pretty photo of it. It looks a little more advertising because it’s a very orange dinner, you guys this is a – must try if you like, buffalo chicken anything, it’s so easy, it’s so good and for only 430 calories, and this is like to the top of this bowl.
Yes, please, I’m so excited okay, also for the beach or just start by raiding. Our crock-pot with a foil, see Center bees as a rider. So once you get your potatoes in there go ahead and spray the bliss of olive oil. I did salt pepper in ranch powder, then you could start to form your meatloaf really, whatever beat loaf recipe you like will be fine. I’r sure I will post mine in the description box below I kind of eyeball it, but I’ll try to give you as close to exact measurements.
As I can then, once you form up your meatloaf go ahead and add it sorry, there’s a dog toy. In the background, go ahead and add it to your crock pot, you want to cook it on low for four to six hours. Oh hey guys! I got a lie. It was a little bit worried about the meatloaf situation was worried. I was going to have to pick a different recipe and felt something else, because this wasn’t going to work.
It was going to be weird, originally good, it’s like so good. I know that be love is like not everybody’s cup of tea. This is good, really flavorful. I feel they still going to eat my toast ketchup, because that to me is just like meatloaf. I always ate it with ketchup, so good, but it has so much flavor. You don’t even really need it at the potatoes or dollar like search. So here use your hands, but Elif alone are the only wood eating this food.
Who cares? Potatoes are great. So this is a wonderful, wonderful dinner recipe, especially for the cold winter nights, but this week I’m actually meal prepping it and yes, I’m about to divvy it up. Above my meal, prep containers I’m having a three day week. This week’s have went out a little vacation, but yeah this recipe is really good. Let me know if you try this one. Okay, also for this recipe, we’re baking sausage and potato casserole.
I think you could already tell this is going to be comfort food to the max so you’re going to need some salt and pepper some sausage. You can use kielbasa or whatever you like. This is just a smoked turkey, sausage side of the cheese about two cups, a cup of milk one can of cream of chicken. You can also use cream of mushroom if you prefer that and then a whole bag of these dives hash brown potatoes.
These are the ones that are like diced, you don’t like the front and kind. I prefer this, but obviously use whatever time that you like. Do you want to start by cutting up your sausage? You can use ham if you want it or probably a lot of other proteins, and I think the sausage was really delicious, though so, once you get that into bite-sized pieces or rounds or whatever, then you can just go ahead and throw it into your crock pot.
Add the whole bag of potatoes, a cup and a half of cheese theyed we’re going to move on to the liquid ingredients. I will have this recipe right now for you in the description box below, but it’s basically milk in cream of chicken with a little bit of seasoning. Just you dump that over mix it up top with cheese, then cook on low for three to four hours, y’all. So it’s been three hours. This is what it looks like so young I’m going to go ahead and turn off the heat and I’m going to cut it.
I always do this currently displace the lid just going to air it out. Obviously it’s frickin hot and I want it to kind of set just a little bit, so I’m going to do this, probably until about six o’clock, it’s like 5:20 and then around 6:00 6:30 I’ll go ahead and eat. Okay. Also, this recipe is so good. It’s so so delicious. I already think I’ve come up with a way to make this war point friendly, so stay tuned on my blog, because I’ll probably talk about that soon.
But you want to start with two jars of light. Alfredo then about a half cup of grated Parmesan cheese, some of your favorite seasoning. I did Italian seasoning garlic, salt pepper. It did quite a big head full of sun-dried tomatoes. I did taste it season it a little bit more. So definitely do that before you add your chicken breasts, they do were to go ahead and add that in and we’re going to let this cook on low for three to four hours until the chicken is nice and tender.
That’s me also. It’s been three hours of 40 minutes so far that this has been cooking, go ahead and take the lid off, so I have stirred it just once and I will say that the mixture is a little bit thin. So I bite do a little thickening. I’ve been here just a minute, but first one is add in the spinach, so it’s sticky they can be up nicely. I just left the lid off and turn off the heat just so that cools a little bit more.
That will help it thicken it. I did it add anything and I’m going to serve it over this rice cauliflower. This is savory herb you could be played. You could do really, whichever wouldn’t look, but I’m going to go ahead and throw this in the microwave check this ready to eat. Okay. Also, next we’re making meatballs for meatball subs, I’m going to start by adding some frozen chopped spinach to some boiling water.
This is just to defy it. You could follow the microwave instructions if you want, or you can leave the spinach out completely totally up to you anytime. I remember I do like to add a spinach. You can do fresh finish, I’m just using the frozen kind. We’re going to big set with some turkey breasts and make some really delicious meatballs. So, like all of the recipes, I will have this written for you down in the description box below, but once you get your meatballs formed, I left my T the fridge overnight and it just some foil in a plastic baggie.
You could put them straight into the crock pot if you are coordinated enough to do this all the boarding. I, however, if not so, I went ahead and left them in the fridge, pulled them out. First, to get the board II dumped the bid with my sauce and let it go on low until I got home from work, but it was about nine and a half hours. It was definitely a little bit long just because the edge of my crock pot was getting kind of toasty, and but really it was fine.
The meatballs weren’t super dry, like it was really still a super delicious recipe. If you use zero point marinara pretty much, all you have to account for in this recipe is going to be whichever role you choose to have your meatball sub on and cheese. So this can easily be like a six to eight point dinner. It’s a massive meatball subs, so amazing. So once you get everything in there go ahead, you don’t have to add water.
I was just trying to get the rest of the sauce out of the jar there, but once you have everything in just put the lid on and let it go on hope, okay, y’all. So I’m huh! Oh it’s five o’clock! So it’s been ten hours. I would say: that’s probably not too long, they taste great. I did have a few areas on the edge that were just a little bit burnt like all this sauce, but I mixed it together and then, like you can’t tell letter, the deep balls are burned.
So if you’re going to be gone ten hours, I think that you’re fine. I think that it wouldn’t have happened how to use more soft like about a child like a bigger pot, and you also had about 15 meatballs, and I just used one jar of sauce, and ideally this would be zero point we’re in era, but we really wanted To try this new sauce, it is really good. Well, we tried it at HEB, but it’s really really good.
So we are huge fans, but you have the meatballs look. So I’ve got this one right here and they’re really good, really good. I could have probably salted them, but well salted them the way that I did, but I think that they are really good top it with the sauce and really can you tell super delicious, can’t wait to eat this on an abundant later? Okay. So once you assemble your sandwich, just put it under the broiler for a couple of minutes, keep an eye on keep an eye on it because they will burn quickly.
You just want to melt the cheese kind of toast about a little bit. It’ll take like 60 seconds, maybe two minutes max and then they’ll be ready to eat. Okay also, this is the final product to added some mozzarella cheese. You can use regular fat-free, whatever you have the points for it, throw it under the broiler, but it looks perfect. I am so pumped to eat this. You have no idea definite. Let me know if you make this recipe or if you have your own meatball recipe and the crock-pot I love to know, but this is going to be delicious.
If you 0.30 wrap and the meatballs are already zero points, so I have to account, for it is your bun right is six and then your cheese. So you could definitely make this like a eight to ten point meal and it is going to be so filling in such a great comfort. Food, hey also, I just finished editing this article.
