Alright, let’s do it so I’m about to show you guys the easiest and most delicious chicken and rice recipe that you will ever make. Yes, I’m saying that you will ever make okay and it’s so simple. So here are the ingredients that you will need, and it can be any brand that you like okay, so in here I have four skinless boneless chicken breasts I’ve already washed them and separated them.

Since I buy the big family pack – okay, there are four in here. You can do it according to your family. Size like there are five of us right now, because my other daughters here too, so there are five of us right now, so these four large chicken breasts is more than enough. I don’t make enough for one for each person, because I will slice them at the end. So it’s more than enough generally, when there’s just the four of us here, I usually will just do the red chicken, breast, okay, so again, you’re going to slice them.
So just make enough: according to your family, okay, you will also need some cream of chicken soup any type you want. Okay, I got the great value card because I shop at Walmart most of the time. I also have some cream cheese. I did do the great value brand again, any type of cream cheese will do if you like, the lower fat cream cheese, that’s fine also, and then what you’ll need is also a package of this good seasonings, Italian, salad, dressing and recipe mix.
This is what is going to give this recipe so much flavor. I generally buy the box that has the four packets in it, but all you will need for this. Recipe is one packet, okay and then, of course, you’ll need your handy dandy, crock pot, okay. So let’s get started. Okay, so here is the easy part y’all it doesn’t get any easier than this. Okay, so all you do, is you take those chicken breasts and, as you can see, clearly these are frozen solid.
I just took them out of the freezer they’re frozen, solid and guess what it works. Fine with this recipe, if you forgot to take it out of the freezer girlfriend, you still good to go okay, so I take a chicken breast and I’m trying to open this up drop it in there literally just drop it in there yeah yeah. What you want to do is take your cream cheese, which also is frozen yo, because I forgot to take this out of the freezer again frozen is fine.
Frozen is fine. Now frozen is not going to be okay, if you needed done like in the next three or four hours. That’s not going to work! If you have all day, if you have six to eight hours, frozen is good okay. So if you’re dropping this in before you go to work is perfect, so you just got ta get this cream cheese, open and I’ll probably get my scissors. There’s your cream cheese, the road ed-e this throw, and then you want to take your suit with your cream of chicken soup.
Okay, wait! I won’t break my nail trying to get this thing out, we’re going to take your cream of chicken soup and you just going to dump it in there just dump it right on top like seriously folks this this is going to be yeah, I’m going to believe How much this flavor is fingers chicken and you do little to no work. You can some work, but it’s not much at their last, but certainly, not least, is the packet of Italian dressing seasoning and you just take that and you sprinkle it on the top, and so here’s what it looks like now.
This is what it looks like and what you want to do is you’re, going to put the top over this and you’re going to cook this low and slow for about six to eight hours. Okay, you’re going to check it periodically, but for the next six eight hours you just wait for the deliciousness there’s, no other ingredients that you need to add, except maybe a little chicken broth and I’ll show you guys that once we give me away through so here’s What it’s looking like after three hours, it’s been cooking for about three hours, so you can see everything has melted.

Now is when I will separate the chicken, since it is now starting to fall. You can separate the chicken a little bit now so much trying to separate it trying to get. I really want to get the cream cheese on the bottom as much as I can so that they can start to UM. You know kind of warm up a little bit more because we’re going to actually make a gravy out of that. So that’s really all I do right now.
That’s really all you need to do and just kind of let it do its thing now and then what I usually do – and this is completely optional – is I remove the chicken breast and I put it on the cutting board – turn it over. So you can see. Okay, helping on the cutting board, and then I slice my chicken just like this. You can coarse chop it. You can shred it you could do whatever you want to. You can keep the chicken breast whole if you want to.
This is completely optional, because this is just the way my family likes to eat it. Okay, so this step is completely up to you. If you want to do whole chicken breast, I promise you it will. It will not be any less delicious. It will still be good one way or the other okay and then I’m going to come back and show you guys the finished product. Okay. So here is the finished product right here, and this is hubby’s plate right here.
I just made it with some rice and some corn on the cob, and I did his was with white rice, but I am having mine with brown rice, I’m just trying to do a little bit better. That’s all y’all just trying to do a little bit better, but that’s it y’all as simple as that it is so delicious. It’s going to be a crowd-pleaser. My kids love this recipe. My husband loves this recipe recipe, so I think you guys will love it.
