If you would like to exact measurements visit my blog, I heart recipes calm for my macaroni and cheese. I will be using elbow macaroni pasta, like many of my other mac and cheese recipes. I will be using half-and-half for this recipe I’ll be using some cheddar cheese, Kadeem soup. I have my sharp cheddar cheese and I also will be using Colby cheese.
Now. Those are really inexpensive. Cheese’s I like to actually shred them myself instead of buying them pre shred it because, in my opinion, it melts a lot better. That way, when you, you know shredded yourself, they don’t have all those fillers, as the pre-shredded cheeses have so we’re going to start off by mixing up our cheddar cheese soup and our half-and-half. If you’ve ever bought this cheddar cheese soup by campbell’s you’ll see that in the back of the can, they have a recipe for mac and cheese, and that’s what inspired me to use it in my mac and cheese I just have to let you guys know that, And i’m just going to mix this until it’s nice and well combined, just like that and I’m going to season it up now it has enough salt in it.

So I didn’t add any. If you want to you, can I’m just going to add a little bit of pepper and some smoked paprika? If you want, you can actually jazz it up a little more about adding garlic powder and onion powder. I didn’t because I think the cheddar cheese soup has enough flavor. You know I just want a little pepper but yeah. So now I am at my crock-pot. I added in my elbow macaroni pasta. As you can see, it is uncooked at this time.
I’r going to start adding in some of my cheese again I’m using Colby cheese as well as sharp cheddar, I’m going to add in some butter. This is unsalted butter, but you can use salted and then I’m just going to grab a spoon or any kitchen utensil that you want to use and I’m just going to mix everything until it’s nice and well incorporate it. And now I’m going to pour in our cheddar cheese and half-and-half mixture, so once that’s in there grab your kitchen utensil and mix it ingredients until it’s well combined and then we’re going to top this off with our cheese.

I mean it’s going to be perfect and this is what it looks like, but this is like the texture, it’s nice and creamy cheesy. It is perfect and, as you can see, it was really easy to make once you’re done.
You can actually turn your crock-pot from low to warm so to stay hot and that will actually be like perfect during the holidays or any other special events that you may have at your home.
