We would love to have you. My article is going to be a simple, delicious comfort, food crockpot meal. This is going to be a chicken and stuffing made together in the crockpot, is a one pot meal and it’s a hit with my family.
My kids love the chicken, even though they don’t really touch the stuff. In my husband – and I love the stuffing so stay tuned to see how easy and simple this one is it’s great for weeknights, especially if you’ve got little ones that are back in school or you’ve got kids and sports and you’re on the go put this in And you have dinner ready for you when you get home so crackpot chicken and stuffing super easy, not a ton of ingredients.
You’re going to start with about two pounds of chicken breast salt and pepper, two packs of stovetop chicken. A stuffing mix 1 can of chicken broth 2 hands cream of chicken soup. So, first, we’re going to mix the two cans of soup, together with the chicken broth, to make kind of, like the part they’re in for over everything. Once you have everything in the pan, you probably should have used a bigger bowl.
Next, you’re going to layer the chicken along the bottom of the tractor, these are really huge. They’re, going to salt and pepper to your liking, put the lid on, and then cook on high for about four hours or low for about five to six hours. I’r going to do low for now, because we’re not going to be eating dinner for a little bit, so this has been cooking pretty much all afternoon and I’m about ready to serve it up here shortly.
Everyone is hungry, we’ll just work a 12-hour day and the kids are home from school and even though they’ve had like two snacks they’re ready to eat. This is not the most photogenic meal by any means, but this is what we’re having for dinner. It’s very brown-colored, but the stuffing you will want to kind of scrape off the chicken and then I kind of scooped out chicken which crumbles cuz. It’s super moist and then the stuffing you kind of just mixed together with the soup later and serve that as well.
You can probably just serve it in a bowl if you’d like or you can serve a separate for the kids.
