Crockpot White Queso | Week of Crockpot Recipes

So for today’s recipe, I want to be making queso, so everything that you need for that is milk. You need some cream cheese, jalapenos, some American cheese. I just got this one, that’s already pre-sliced. Am I packaged at my store? It was only this one or I had to go to the deli and did it and I didn’t really want to go to the deli.

So I just got this one. You also need some butter and some green chilies. I opened up the can of green choice the other day, so this is just what’s leftover, but you know you could use a fresh can remember, and then you just need your crock-pot. So it is everything you need for this okay, so I don’t know that I pretty much always cut my recipes in half. So that’s what I’m doing for this one, but I will have the full recipe links down below.

So, to start, I’m just going to add the cheese, the cream, the cheese, the green chilies, and the jalapenos as well as the butter okay. So this is what it looks like all mixed together in the crockpot and I’m going to let this cook on high. For about 30 minutes, okay, so this is what it looks like after this cooked for 30 minutes on high now, I’m just going to stir it up and add in some milk and some water, okay, so I’ve just mixed it together very well.

I added the milk in the water and I’m going to let it cook on high for about another 20 minutes, just until it’s a good case of consistent consistency just until your liking. Okay, so after about another 20 minutes, this is what it looks like I’ve stirred up a bit, that’s the consistency and I’m just going to serve it with some chips. Okay, also, that is everything for the crock-pot y8k, so I can see it cooks really quick in less than an hour, and I highly recommend it.
